If you're over the age of 18 and interested in becoming Catholic, completing your confirmation, returning to the church, or learning more about Catholicism, contact Nick Stein at nstein@richmondcathedral.org. Sponsor opportunities are available as well. The RCIA program cycles throughout the year, so please contact Nick any time.
2010 RCIA Summer Schedule
RCIA Sponsors Needed
If you're willing to share your time a few hours a week supporting an adult in his or her journey through the RCIA program, we would love to hear from you. Sponsors don't need to be perfect Catholics, theologians, or counselors. They just need to be willing to walk side by side with a candidate as they navigate their way through the program. RCIA meets from 7-9pm on Monday evenings. Contact Nick Stein at nstein@richmondcathedral.org.
Bible Study Opportunities
Have you been looking for a Bible Study group? Do you need to add some structure and community to your Bible reading and prayer life? Then you should consider either joining or forming a Little Rock Scripture Study group with other Cathedral parishioners. We have active groups that meet in parishioners homes weekly and we're excited to see new groups start up! Group Reunion
A Group Reunion is a weekly gathering of from three to six friends who share their enthusiastic faith in Jesus Christ. Each person shares his/her life in the areas of holiness, formation, and evangelization. By spending 30 to 60 minutes each week in this fashion, they lend support to one another so as to renew and sustain their apostolic commitment and enthusiasm. If you're a Cursillista, or would just like to prepare for a weekend, please join us at our weekly Group Reunion Prayer Meeting in the Cathedral Parish Hall every Thursday evening from 6-7pm. All are welcome!
